Chauffeur Operational Rules & Expectations
Dear Team,
Please read carefully. These rules are mandatory, not optional.
I am intentionally keeping this business small and professional. That only works if every chauffeur follows the same operating standards every trip, every time.
Required Trip Protocol (No Exceptions)
- On the Way” Notification – 60 Minutes Prior
You must send “On the Way” one (1) hour before the scheduled pickup time.If you cannot do this, do not accept the trip.
This notification is required so I can inform the client and send vehicle details on time. - Arrival at Pickup Location – 10 to 15 Minutes Early
You are required to be on location 10–15 minutes before pickup time.Late arrival creates client anxiety and reflects poorly on the company.
If you cannot arrive early, do not accept the trip. - POB (Passenger on Board) – Real-Time Reporting
POB must be sent immediately when the passenger enters the vehicle.Failure to report POB on time may result in loss of waiting time compensation.
Chauffeur Rules & Amp; Standards
- Dress Code – Always suit & tie, or suit & vest.
- Trip Acceptance – Only accept trips you are 100% sure you can complete.
- On-the-Way Text – Send update 1 hour before pickup and check traffic (especially mornings).
- Arrival – Confirm you are on location 15 minutes before pickup.
- Client Interaction – Never share your phone number or discuss trip rates with clients
